The World Famous Glenn Miller Orchestra returns to the Burlington Community Concert Series for a special Mother’s Day performance on Sunday, May 8, at 3:00 pm. Co-sponsored by Burlington Public Schools and the Burlington Area Chamber of Commerce, the performance will take place in the Fogelberg Performing Arts Center of Burlington High School.

Conductor and male vocalist Nick Hilscher brings the music of Glenn Miller to life with the vocalist Jenny Swoish and a full complement of some of the best brass, woodwind and percussion jazz musicians in the business!

The World Famous Glenn Miller Orchestra continues to be the most popular and sought after big bands in the world today for both concert and swing dance engagements. With a unique and time-honored jazz sound, memorable hits include “In the Mood,” “Moonlight Serenade,” and “Chattanooga Choo Choo.”
