BHS Associate Principal, Mark Sullivan, hosted the Junior Book Awards Ceremony in the high school cafeteria this morning. Book award winners are recognized by the faculty for their academic acheivement and several other areas of excellence depending on the specific award.
It was an honor to hand out the first book award this morning – The Brown Book Award – to Chelsea Rose. The Brown Book Award reads as follows: This award is presented to the top junior English student to reward overall academic achievement combined with true excellence in written and spoken expression as determined by the English Department. Did I mention that the Brown Book Award was first?
Congratulations to all Book Award Winners.
